Todays song and doodle is from a current favorite song of mine, A 1000 Times by Hamilton Leithauser + Rostam. This is one of those songs that just hooks you in the first time you hear it. I'm surprised its taken this long to pop up on my recommended, but better late than never! These two artists compiled an album together and it is great! I highly recommend it. I think my favorite part about this song (aside from its catchiness) is how strained this guys voice sounds. It has the same element that makes me fall in love with CAAMP as well. I'm just drawn to an emotional sounding voice I guess. I enjoy artists that push it to convey more emotion. The range on his voice is very interesting. I think its great. This song is a jam and I've been listening to it all week. This current weather is definitely lay out in the grass with some tunes kinda weather.
