Its here! The seasons are changing and I can feel it. The other day on a walk in the park I found this cute little acorn. Ever since then the feelings of the season has been everywhere! I'm very ready for it if I'm being honest. I'm ready for cozy cool evenings, crunchy leaves, sweaters, boots and warm drinks.
This time of year is one of my favorites. I love how balanced day and night feel. It gives me the hopes of finding some balance myself. The slow shift into balance only to fall out again is comforting. I find comfort in the cycle that we live in. Utah has very distinct season and I love it. I don't like much about Utah but I'm appreciative of the seasons. This equinox I'm taking a lot of rest time to do things that nourish my soul. Sometimes just sitting with yourself in reflection can be so helpful! As the seasons shift I hope you can find some balance.
